The rationale?

A good understanding of the psychological profiles of team members is a crucial aspect of getting people working well together.  There may be issues that have to be addressed in order to achieve a high performing team!

Some of these issues might arise from the ‘square peg in a round hole’ syndrome, or conversely the reliance on the use of stereotypes in management (ie what a manager looks/sounds like) that causes a mismatch between the expectation of the organisation and the nature and capacities of the people!
The core view of this programme is that:

A) there are no ‘wrongs’ - the words ‘strengths and weaknesses’ are usually inappropriate
B) value judgements should be  omitted  from the discussions
C) we are all ‘work in progress' on a ‘journey of discovery’
D) open discussion and the challenging of norms is beneficial to organisations and individuals
E) reflection, review and mentoring can  help move us along the ‘journey’
