What happens next?

2. You will receive a confirmation email from Paypal with either a download link, or a link on the purchase page.
3. You can download the pdf file (2.5 Mb) from that page.  
4. Save the target file to a folder on your hard disk where you can find it again.
5. If you wish, you can then choose to print the book in chapters - to make it more manageable for your printer
6. If you would like a hard copy, wire bound) then please contact us for pricing and postage details.
